Underground storage tank removal
We were subcontracted by an engineering company to remove an underground oil tank at a residence in Collingswood. We mobilized our equipment to the site, dug down to the tank, cut it open, cleaned it out, removed it and filled in the excavation with certified clean backfill. The tank was taken to a metal recycling facility for disposal.
There were no holes in the tank, no signs of contamination so the removal was completed in one day. We went back the 2nd day to restore the sidewalk.
