Oil Tank Removal Tewksbury NJ

Oil Tank Removal on Tewksbury Farm.

We received a referral from a local excavating company for a farm in Tewksbury that had an 500 gallon underground oil tank that needed to be removed.  After obtaining the necessary permits and utility mark out, we mobilized to the job.  Upon uncovering the top of the tank it was determined to have approximately 12″ of fuel left inside and that it was a 1,000 gallon tank, not a 500 gallon tank.  The fuel was pumped and the sludge was cleaned out and placed into 55 gallon drums.  The tank was removed from the ground and found to be in good condition without any holes.  The town inspector agreed and it passed inspection.  The project is complete and there was no need to call in a DEP case.  It’s always an excellent financial move to remove an underground oil tank before it starts leaking.

We’ve been removing underground storage tanks for 25 years and have the knowledge, experience and expertise to get the job done correctly even when the difficulty level is high. We specialize in Oil Tank Removal in NJ, PA, DE & CT
